These water-resistant zippered nylon cases offer protection from the weather and keep your mobile radio head from getting scratched and scuffed while transporting it.   Keeps the control head clean, dry and safe.

Compatibility  Both cases fit almost any removable front panel radio, including: IC-7000, IC-706, IC-703, IC-2720, IC-207, IC-208, TM-D700, TM-D710A, TM-G707A, TM-V7A, TM-V71, FT-857, FT-7100, FT-90R, FT-7800R, FT-8800R, FT-8900R, etc.  If your radio is not listed here, just check the dimensions given below for the padded and unpadded cases.

Padded Case   The padded case will fit any removable front panel, or other device that will fit into a space 2.5 high x 6.8 wide x 1.9 inches deep.  Note, the padded case is a bit smaller than the unpadded case and will fit all models shown above except for the TM-D710A.  The padded case has  a belt clip, so it can be carried on your hip or clipped to backpack.  It also has a mic / control cable access hole, perfect for in-case use with IC-703, IC-706 and IC-7000 series radios.

Un-padded Case / Other Uses   The unpadded case, in addition to being used as a head case, is also perfect as a general purpose gear, cable and accessories organizer; holding anything that will fit into a space 2.8 high x 7.5 wide x 2.0 inches deep.   It comes comes with a snap swivel as shown in the above photo, convenient for clipping it to other items.
